"The owner and staff here are honest, friendly and very knowledgable! The owner, being a master mechanic himself, is always on site and there to assist the other mechanics or the front desk at any given time to make sure the customers are happy and their vehicles are well taken care of. They aren't pushy and don't try to sell you extra things you don't need, but they will advise you if they are sincerely concerned about something. . . I never have to worry about the quality of work performed. I highly recommend this place."

"Honest and Accurate Assessment"

"These guys know what they are doing. I have taken my SUV here numerous times and they have always given me an honest and accurate assessment of what NEEDS to be done. They aren't like the hundreds of other places around here who just want to tack on extra maintenance you don't need and can't afford. They are especially good at diagnosing and problem solving such as when my car is making a funny noise and I can't figure it out on my own. Dave is a good guy and always very friendly. Keep up the good work guys!"

"Quick and Reasonable"

"I'm not from this area and choosing an auto repair shop without word of mouth recommendation is challenging. I based my decision to go to Smith specialty on reviews and a desire to find a family owned location. I was not disappointed. I brought my car in at 7:30 am and was ready to go by 11. They did a great job of keeping me informed of what was going on and was treated with respect. I will definitely be back!"
