2008 Buick Enclave needed new struts & shocks. Smith Specialty performed the work on time and for less than the dealer quote. They also researched various manufacturer's parts to get the least expensive version of the parts required without sacrificing quality. They are easy to talk to and will explain in detail what needs to be done before the job is undertaken and then explain what they found during the work. We have had several repairs done by Smith Automotive and so far they have met our high expectations.

This company came recommended to me by 2 separate friends that both had 5 star experience so I said, why not! Great service! Got my car in and out and fixed 100%! The prices are great and I will be returning. I got to meet my mechanic after my car was fixed, and was taken out to my car before it was fixed and shown what was going to happen to it and why.

My compressor went out on my air conditioning. They replaced the compressor and, unfortunately, the new compressor failed within a week. They replaced the new compressor and, after a couple more days in the shop, had my vehicle ready again. The new compressor seems to be working ok but after the air is on for a while, it stops blowing cold air. I need to bring it by for another evaluation but have not had an opportunity to do so. The second repair was done at no charge, so I was happy about that. However, the inconvenience of having to repair it twice was frustrating and now, it is not working totally correct.
